CA. Mausam D. Patel, founder, is a qualified Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) with a strong foundation in multidisciplinary professional development. He has successfully completed several prestigious post-qualification certifications from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), including Forensic Accounting & Fraud Detection (FAFD), Artificial Intelligence – Level 1 (AI Level-1), and Concurrent Audit of Banks (CAB), reflecting his commitment to staying ahead in emerging areas of finance, technology, and audit.

He is also a recognized expert in Goods and Services Tax (GST) Law, having completed the Certified Advanced GST Course and in-depth training on “Scrutiny Notice, Assessment, Audit, Inspection, Search, Seizure and Arrest under GST”. These specialized programs were conducted by esteemed institutions such as the PHD Chamber of Commerce and other reputed forums focused on indirect taxation. His expertise in GST is backed by practical experience in handling scrutiny and appellate matters for both corporate and non-corporate clients. Despite his young age, CA. Mausam Patel has demonstrated exceptional proficiency by independently handling complex scrutiny proceedings before GST authorities, and representing both corporate and non-corporate clients in GST appellate matters with notable success.

He also possesses deep domain expertise in Direct Taxation and Audit-related assignments involving Individuals, Firms, Corporates, Trusts, and Banking Institutions. He has effectively handled several scrutiny assessments under the Income-tax Act, 1961, thereby showcasing his comprehensive command over tax litigation and compliance.

In recognition of his professional acumen, he has been appointed as a Professional Director on the board of the reputed UNJHA NAGARIK SAHAKARI BANK LTD., located in the vibrant city of Unjha also known as Spices City, North Gujarat. His role is instrumental in advising the Board of Directors on critical matters concerning Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines, statutory notifications, and amendments under the Banking Regulation Act as notified through various Finance Acts. His contributions are vital in ensuring the governance framework and strategic compliance of the Bank remains robust and forward-looking.
